The artist and some of the staffs of the Museum were involved in the preparation of Tape Seoul. The video clip below features an overview of the installation process.
It took 10 days to complete the project Tape Seoul with the help of 10 workers (including the artist himself). 520 ordinary transparent tapes were stretched and woven by hand to be constructed into a large installation art, resembling the form of a spider web or series of tunnels suspended in the air. No pre-sketches or any other computer renderings were done beforehand.
